是个表示祝愿的句子。这类句子已经公式化，总是这样说，bless不用加-es，谓语用虚拟式。这类虚拟式的句子也可用may或let表示。

May God bless you! (Let God bless you!)

Long live the People’s Republic of China! (May the People’s Republic of China live long!)

So it be! (Let it be so! May it be so!) 但愿如此！（这样吧！）

表示诅咒、禁止等意义时，也有类似的公式化说法：

God damn you! (damn不可加-s) 该死的！

这类虚拟式的句子有时甚至连动词都可省略：
